Doctor Dror Paley, founder and director of the Paley Institute at St. Mary’s Medical Center to participate in the Poland Syndrome documentary.Dr. Paley has completed many procedures with patients of Poland Syndrome. Several of these patients came in for deformity correction surgery and he had informed for them for the first time that their condition is indeed Poland Syndrome.
Dr. Paley was appointed as Adjunct Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Toronto and Hospital for Sick Children in 2010, in Toronto, Canada, and Staff Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Hospital for Sick Children Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He was formerly Chief of Pediatric Orthopedics and Professor of Orthopedics at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Dr. Paley is internationally recognized as the most experienced limb lengthening surgeon in the world.
